Good good piece of art! I'd only change the eye positions, they look too "left" on the face

But about the other things, the simplicity, colours and line art are perfect

2 things that I think are eh, the holes are in the hat are shaded even tho they are holes? And the shadow on the top of the fingers on the right hand. Judging by the other shadows, the light would be head on, but the shadows on the finger says the shadows are more to the left

Very very good, only thing I think bad about this piece is the right hand. It'd be better if it was an actual hand like the left hand than just 3 blobs

There's really nothing else I can say bad other than the skirt being too low, but that's just my preference
